Not very often, but it has happened a few times. It’s usually been because of people not doing their job properly.

If people always try their best and don’t go out of their way to avoid doing what they should be doing then there’s never any need to get cross with them

I’ve never lost my temper yet and would hope I’d never need to. Sometimes parts of your work can be frustrating especially if you’re relying on other people but more often that not having a good plan and forcing yourself to stick to it will keep you on the right track.

Running a project is a stressful task but if you plan it an monitor it on regular basis, you can prevent from loosing your temper. Obvously there are times when things happen unexpectly – if this happens it is good to plan what to do with it – set up achievable deadlines and delagate tasks to other team memebers is always a good strategy and everything should be fine 😉

Nope I haven’t lost my temper yet. I see a lot of people that do, but building sites can be very stressful places because a lot of people are under pressure to get the work done on time. Things can get very frustrating but luckily none of it has directly effected me!
