      It’s very similar to a glue gun, except a stick of plastic goes in at one end (rather than an adhesive stick), and a steady stream of hot plastic comes out of the other end like toothpaste from a tube.

      It’s up to you to decide how to build up the plastic to make your finished object.

      Using the 3D pen is very similar to drawing freehand in order to make things, compared to designing on a computer and using a 3D printer to do it for you.
