• Question: What are the important points which you think should be taken care during the construction activities

      Construction is the most dangerous industry, causing the most deaths per year. Throughout training you have to be very very wary of health and safety. Every person that goes on a building site even has to take a health and safety exam! So, for obvious reasons, health and safety comes first.

      In terms of the actual project we are working on… time scale and budget seem to be top of the agenda, we need to keep our clients happy!

      There are little things that need to be taken care of as well. Teamwork, leadership and communication are all factors that need to be good. We are teams of big people working at very stressful times (usually!). Without these factors, the work would simply not get completed!
