• Question: What does engineering have to do with science?

      I think that being an engineer is being an Applied Scientist! That’s because you learn scientific principles and then apply them in your work as an engineer.

      That’s why scientists and engineers can be so similar, and why they are often spoken of in the same sentence.

      Everything!

      Engineers use science to make real world products that you can touch and feel. Without science and research you can’t have Engineers and without Engineers you can’t have the computer you’re reading this on now.

      We’re all one big related family really.

      In one sentence – an Engineer uses Ccience principles to do his/her work! We use Maths, Physics and Chemistry on daily basis!
