• Question: What inspires you to keep doing this?

      Sorry I’ve taken ages to reply to your question – I’ve been a busy bee!
      Lots of things really, I’ll explain a couple. The thought of my own future really excites me – where I could be in 10 years if I really work hard. Engineering is a very well respected subject across the world so I’ll be able to hopefully travel with my career, which is what I always wanted! As a young woman in my position I feel as if I should set an example for girls to follow, which motivates me. Another reason is that I am working in building structures, and quite often, these structures outlive human lives – how cool is that! Making my small little mark on the world that will remain when I’m no longer here!
